How does payment work for assessments?
When you come in for the first session, you’ll be asked to bring payment for half of the total for the assessment and pay for the remainder by the time we meet to review the results and recommendations. If you need to make smaller payments over time, you can also ask about setting up a payment plan. I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and payments from health savings accounts (HSA).
Do you accept my insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. At the end of the assessment, I will provide you with an itemized bill (sometimes called a “superbill”) that you can send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This means that you are responsible for payment for the assessment, and depending on your insurance plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of the charges.
